* Research, review, development, implementation and establishment of communication infrastructure and data banks on the issues in which it works.

* Report, bulletin, project, book, article, Journal and similar publications that explain the scientific and technical findings and data obtained at the end of research and application studies, offer solutions to problems, inform the public.
